Habitat for Humanity (a non-profit group) builds cheap homes for low-income families. Bloomington's ReStore, a charity and home improvement store, sells used furniture, appliances, cabinets and other home items at low prices.
Habitat for Humanity of McLean County receives a portion of the ReStore proceeds. Habitat for Humanity of McLean County is funding Habitat for Humanity of McLean County to remove substandard housing within our community and all over the world.
Whatever your skills or passions, you may use them at the Bloomington ReStore. If you have a passion for design or (page) marketing, or if you like working with your hands or with consumers, we encourage you to apply for a position with us. Also, you're not obligated to show up more often than once a month if once a month is all you can manage. Habitat will benefit from your efforts and time throughout each shift.
